Product Return Policy

At Massage Supply Company we take pride in providing high quality products

and it is important to us that you are 100% Satisfied with your purchase.


If this logo is on the product page, then it is automatically covered by our 90 day Money Back Guarantee and you can return for any reason at all with no limitations (covers change of mind, different than expected, and literally any other reason).

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please call or send us an email within 90 days of purchase for a Full money back refund (minus the original shipping and handling costs - of course if there was an issue with our shipping we would cover that too).

In your email please include your order details (ideally just forward your order confirmation email, which has all the details)
and we will send you an RGA # (returned goods authorization number).

We receive very few returns, but we do carefully track each one which allows us to accumulate the results over time so that we may determine if there is a possibility to improve any of our products, our services, or possibly how we describe our products on our website.


Shipping Policy

Island Software Company only ships packages Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 2:00pm CST will be sent the same day. Drop ship orders allow an additional 48 hours. We do not ship to APO or PO addresses due to the policies of our shipping vendor. All products are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted.

ORDERS OUTSIDE U.S. WILL NOT BE SHIPPED!

If you suspect someone has fraudulently ordered our products through improper use of your credit or debit card, please contact us by phone at (877) 384-0295. Our sales representatives will be happy to help ascertain if this is the case.
